We are using the dexos spec oil for our 2011 GM vehicles.

This is our only case of a specific engine oil spec for any group of vehicles. For all other applications, we simply adhere to the viscocity recommendations an the GF spec as the GF specs are backward compatible.

For the newer vehicle that have the oil minder feature, we we set our PM intervals based on the recommended time and mileage intervals of the manufacturers. if the oil minder comes on before the recommended interval we then reset the interval to the time and mileage interval that the oil minder was activated.
