Dedicated fuel card for offsite fueling of company vehicle

Hi, I'm asking on behalf of transportation and equipment manager, pprocaccini, who wrote:

"Does anyone utilize a dedicated fuel card for offsite fueling of company vehicles?  If so what card are you using, and what is your experience with them? Also do you link the card and purchase to the vehicle or operator?

Thanks"

We use the Voyager Fuel Card for offsite fueling. We can also use the card to access our onsite systems as well and collect transaction. This has worked very well for us and we have been using this sysgtem for several years. Easy access to Voyager's Fleet Commander Web site for reporting, adding cards, deleting card and changing parameters. We are in the process of taking the reporting side and exporting transactions to our Fleet Maintenance Software.

I hope this helps and if you have any questions please let me know.

We use the Wright Express card for all our outside purchases. I like it because you can customize it for different drivers. Just fuel and oil, or car wash Ect. We have been using this card for many years and are able to transfer the data from Wright Express to our fuel system. Includes driver and vehicle information.

We use Pacific Pride and it seems to work really well for us.  Very easy to use
