Police Cruiser tires

Hi, I was wondering what is the average tire life others are getting on Police Cruisers.
On our 05 and up CVPI that uses P235/55/R17 we are getting less than 10,000 miles on them. The enviornment is inner city with lots of parking lot patrols. We have not been able to find Goodyear RSA so we have been using Firestone Firehawk GT Pursuit.
Sometimes these are not lasting even 7500 miles. Also these tires show the wear bars pretty quickly so we will replace a tire that could be a hydroplaning problem.

Hello. I use the RSA's and usually I get 20,000-25,000 miles out of them. I rotate them every oil change service (3000 miles) and the pressures at 32. You do loose alot of the traction once they get down you 25% 5/32nds or so. I change them out at about 3/32nds (average across tire).
